Create a Smile has a simple mission: to help brighten a day by providing them with a gifts. To work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities.
AWS mission is to transform destitute lives by empowering them with the necessities to lead a healthy and productive life. Towards this our endeavor is to guide them to look beyond their economic limitations.

Go along With Nature
Ration Distribution
Ration bags for deserving families and minorities have been distributed by the team of AWS with the help of volunteers. The Management of the AWS assured the daily wagers and needy people the distribution of ration bags and other essential items. The management also focused on high-quality essentials maintain the hygiene standard in the packaging process.
Disable Support
AWS support crossed disabilities, working actively in all walks of life to the maximum possible extent. It has the following full time agenda towards the betterment of Disabled Community
Accidental Support
AWS facilitate accident patients, aid their treatment, cater to their needs and grant them access to quality healthcare
Marriage Support Programs
AWS support marriage programs all over Pakistan in which multiple marriages are arranged in one program. We also support individual marriages from our Marriage Support Fund
Eye Treatment
AWS treated poor and deserving eye patients and had cataract extractions with Intra-ocular Lens Implantation free of charge. We also provided free sight glasses to patients and made pairs of glasses to order for poor students, youngsters and middle-aged poor patients.
